Thunder Bay
Yay! I’ve arrived in Thunder Bay!!! I’m running off to work in 5 minutes, but I’ll try and fill you in on a couple of quickies…
Got here Sunday night, after a nice couple days in Ottawa – I got to see Kristie, my friend Josiane (also in meds, but at Ottawa), and Eugene and Marina. Eugene is crazy, him and my brother were looking out our balcony to the next building over, and noticed this one guy chatting with some ladies… and figured out a good way to bug him. The way will be my little secret… hehe… it was funny though. :)
Anyway, in Thunder Bay I was picked up by the St. Joseph’s Care group HR person, given a bit of a tour… she helped me pick up my groceries and stuff… and the apartment I got is SWEET. It’s so nice, well furnished… my only nitpick is the shower has no pressure, but meh, I can deal.
I was supposed to have a roommate, too, but it seems I have the place to myself.
I met the other HSN people last night, there seems to be a lot of women in health care… I’m beginning to think I picked the right profession for OTHER reasons… hehehe… *evil grin*. And Adrienne has a CAR… which can come in useful!
Anyway, more info as I get time. Oh, I found out the other day that my old friend from highschool, Melissa, got in to meds at just about everywhere, but is coming to U of T!! I’m super excited!!

soo… are we get another roommate then… hehehehehe
1What are you talking about Willis?? Another roomie… back to the realtor I go… 5 bedrooms please… or is it 4!!! Enjoy TB!!!
2No, no, I’m sure Melissa had enough of living with boisterous, messy guys in her undergrad. :) There’s only the 4 of us!! :)
3I fully expect pictures of the place when it’s furnished, dude.
Oh, and the silly Email address dialogue box for these comment posters require you put in an @ symbol. Who’d've thunk?
4Of course, once we find a place I’ll post the virtual tour… :)
Hmm… I guess MT has stringent reqs for e-mail. My site publishes only one of URL/e-mail address, in that order, and it supposedly has some sort of anti-spam protection (like it puts in the code for the @ symbol or something)…
That and my site shouldn’t wind up in Google or anything so it’s harder for spambots to find. Spam is quite a pain though…
… I just noticed the time. Are you browsing my site at WORK?! *gasp* Isn’t that against your Internet usage guidelines? Tsk tsk… :D
